SHOULD I PAY TAXES ON MONEY RETURN?
You should consult with a local tax official in your country. Taxation rules vary according to local laws.
Like the audit, the fund management is independent and carried out by a specialized company, YellowFi, a company experienced in the market and with several real estate funds under its management.
ARE INCOME PAID MONTHLY?
Interest or earnings are paid quarterly, giving the investor an option to reinvest or withdraw the amount generated.
DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THE USA?
It is not necessary to open an account in the United States! Money can be transferred from any account in the world to the Fund32 account and redemption values can also be transferred from the fund account to any account anywhere in the world.
All the invested value is guaranteed by the properties in which they are invested, be it land, projects under construction or completed works.
